Instructions :
1.Install the suspension headgear to the helmet by inserting the six anchorages into their respective suspension slot. Push the anchorage into the suspension slot until it locks firmly into it. The helmet must be worn with the peak facing forward.
2. For adequate protection, this helmet must fit or be adjusted to the size of the user head. To alter the fit, adjust the harness at the rear of the helmet by changing the size of the harness and to ensure a comfortable fit is made around the crown of the head.
3. The harness with the ratchet system is adjusted by turning the ratchet knob to tighten or loosen.
